These banana chips are pure joy at any time of the day.
Peel and slice the bananas on finely lengthwise slices.
In a saucepan melt the CocoPacific Raw Virgin Coconut Oil and go frying the banana slices slowly. Place the banana slices on a plate with paper towels to soak up excess oil.
Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with lemon zest, cumin and season with salt and black pepper.
