How To Make a Delicious CocoPacific Coconut Cake?

Ingredients for your CocoPacific Coconut Cake:

4 eggs
3 tsp. of CocoPacific Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
Half cup of sugar
1 cup of coconut milk made from TIANA Raw Coconut Goodness
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda

Method:

Preheat the oven and grease a cake pan with a tsp. of coconut oil. Line it with non-stick baking paper. Combine the yolks, 2 tsp. of coconut oil, coconut milk and the sugar in a bowl. Mix the flour with the baking soda and then add the egg mixture. Beat the egg whites until still and fold them in the cake batter. Finally pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for around 45 minutes.
