1 tablespoon CocoPacific Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
½ cup cubed pork or chicken
½ cup peeled shrimps
1 carrot, cut into strips
1 courgette, cut into strips
1 cup sliced green beans
2 cups sliced cabbage
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking with coconut oil ids fun.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and onions, until soft. Add the pork and chicken, cook for at least 10 minutes.
Stir in all the vegetables; add water and sauté until vegetables are tender, adding a little water at a time, if too dry.
Season to taste.
